Como fazer macarrão cremoso de camarão com limão🍝🍤🍋
Receita de Macarrão Parafuso Cremoso com Camarão no Azeite e Limão
Ingredientes:
500g de camarão médio
1 xícara de suco de limão
500g de macarrão parafuso cozido al dente
2 caixas de creme de leite
1 xícara (chá) de champignon em conserva inteiro
1 cebola picada
2 dentes de alho picados
3 colheres de sopa de milho em conserva
Azeite a gosto
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Limpe e tempere o camarão com sal, pimenta e suco de limão. Reserve.
Em uma panela grande, aqueça o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho até ficarem dourados.
Adicione o champignon e refogue por mais alguns minutos.
Acrescente o creme de leite, o milho e o camarão temperado.
Cozinhe em fogo médio até o camarão estar cozido e o molho engrossar.
Misture o macarrão cozido ao molho e sirva imediatamente.
Dicas:
Você pode usar outros tipos de macarrão, como penne ou fusilli.
Se você não tiver champignon em conserva, pode usar champignon fresco picado.
Você também pode adicionar outros ingredientes ao molho, como tomate picado, pimentão verde picado ou ervas frescas.
